Cancellations and Refunds

Embedding Studio is prepaid: you hold credit, and decisions spend it. That makes the refund question concrete, and this page answers it the same way the billing ledger does.

Trial credit

The ten dollars a new workspace receives is a gift so you can find out whether the product works on your data. It has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and is not refundable.

Purchased credit

Credit you bought and have not spent is refundable on request within seven days of the purchase. Write to nandakishor@embedding.in from your account email with the payment reference. We refund to the original payment method, and the processor typically settles it within five to seven business days.

Spent credit

Credit spent on decisions paid for compute that already ran, so it is not refundable. The audit log shows every spend, and if you believe the ledger is wrong, write to us: an error on our side is corrected and the credit returned in full.

Failed work refunds itself

If a fit or other charged operation fails, the system returns the charge to your balance automatically, in full, without you asking. You can see the refund as its own line in the ledger.

Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel. Stop sending requests and nothing further is charged. If you want out entirely, delete your workspace; any purchased, unspent credit is refunded on request under the terms above. A calibration file you downloaded remains yours and keeps working on your own hardware.
